In order to make sure we meet our employees' needs, we need to listen, and they need to be encouraged to speak up. To share their thoughts, ideas, desires and interests. So we are going to set up these pages as our bulletin board of stuff we care about. A place to post kudos and a place to suggest improvements. But not just about the work. If you weren't 100% dedicated to the work you wouldn't be here. No, this is the place to go beyond the work. To tell each other what you like, what you want, what you did, or hope to do with your life, your family, and the world outside of Santec.
